Tree Size Guide

To ensure accurate pricing, our $120 per tree rate applies to small residential trees, based on the following measurements:

Small Tree – $120 per tree

A tree is considered small if it meets all of these:

• Height: up to 3 metres (approx. single-storey gutter height)

• Trunk thickness: up to 15 cm diameter

• Branches: manageable from ground level without ladders

• No hazards: not touching power lines, structures, or fences

Medium Tree – Quote Required

A tree is considered medium if:

• Height: 3–5 metres

• Trunk: 15–30 cm diameter

• Branches: require ladder access

• Location: close to structures or needs controlled cuts

Large Tree – Specialist Work (Quote Required)

A tree is considered large if:

• Height: over 5 metres

• Trunk: thicker than 30 cm

• Hazards: near structures, driveways, roofs, or power lines

• Requires: controlled drop, multi-person support, or safety gear
